If your purchase was not quite what you’re looking for just send your order for a refund and purchase a new item separately.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item for a refund. We recommend you ensure the parcel arrives back to us in time.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging that you received it including all tags and warranties
- Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
Beauty and Cosmetics
Skincare, cosmetics must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging otherwise, we will not accept them. Cosmetics like fragrance, nail polish and aerosols are final sale and cannot be returned due to transport restrictions.
Lingerie & Swimwear

- Special Orders (Customized, Personalized and Monogrammed items) cannot be returned.
Size or Color Exchange
Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different colour of the same Item (same Reference Code) is available. The new item will be eligible for return through the same return procedure. To activate your exchange option contact our Customer Care team immediately.
- The return shipment is FREE when shipped using the courier provided by ICOPRO.ORG. If the return package is shipped using a different courier than the one provided specifically for each order, all consequent costs will be the Client’s responsibility.
- We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally made. Otherwise, import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense.
Return a damaged or Defective Item
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service within 48 hours from delivery. ICOPRO will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
- In case you notice an extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact our Customer Care team immediately.
We offer a flexible returns policy but we monitor the number of returns made by our customers. Continued returns may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your ICOPRO account or future orders being refused.
- Returns outside of the 14 days period may be accepted at the discretion of Mosty
- All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or exchange.

- Follow the return instructions
- We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. If Otherwise decide to use any other secure means we may not accept liability.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Soon after we will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. You will receive the full purchase price (shipping excluded) to your credit card or through your original method of payment
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, (typically, within 8-10 business days from the day depending on your card issuer’s policies.
